In this lesson, we continue our journey of energy awareness and integration, exploring the flow of mixed Earth and Cosmic energies through our front and arm channels. As we engage with the guided audios, we’ll witness these energies moving through our bodies, releasing stagnant and stuck energies and promoting a harmonious flow within our 4 bodies and aura.

Let go of any expectations or need for control, and simply observe the subtle sensations as these energies weave their way through your system. With each breath, we deepen our connection to the present moment, cultivating a state of neutrality and allowing the energies to do their natural work of clearing and balancing.

May this practice awaken a deeper sense of self-awareness, empowering you to navigate daily life with greater presence, vitality, and a profound connection to the flow of life force within and around you.

Lesson Guideline

  • Listen: Begin by focusing on the training audio. It will guide you through practices for becoming more aware of your body and internal/external stimuli. You’ll also learn a specific technique for releasing negative stimuli out of your body.
  • Do: Listen to this audio as often as you like until you feel comfortable with the concepts and techniques. Remember, this step is crucial before moving on to the exercises.
  • Notice: Pay close attention to how your body feels, what thoughts or emotions arise, and how the releasing technique affects you.
  • Listen: Explore the six different color audio playlists, each containing five unique color frequencies (30 colors total).
  • Do: Listen to each playlist five times to build your comfort level using the releasing technique with various color vibrations. This repetition strengthens your ownership of the technique and improves your present-moment awareness.
  • Notice: Observe how each color frequency resonates with you, and how your ability to release negativity changes with different colors.
  • Listen: Finally, listen to the audio that combines all 30 colors. The player is randomly set, so you can’t predict the next color, further enhancing your present-moment focus.
  • Do: Immerse yourself in the experience, noticing what you notice with each color shift. Practice releasing any negative stimuli that arise.
  • Notice: Pay close attention to how your ability to be present and release negativity evolves with the unpredictable color sequence.
  • Follow the simple 3-step process for each audio: listen, notice what you notice, and repeat.
  • Be patient and allow yourself time to integrate the techniques.
  • To combat drowsiness while learning the technique, listen to an audio with your eyes open, while walking, or doing chores.
  • Trust your intuition and focus on your personal experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

While previous lessons focused on the flow of Earth energy through the leg channels and Cosmic energy through the back channels, this lesson explores the front and arm channels, which carry a mixture of both Earth and Cosmic energies. These channels begin at the base of the spine where the energies mix before flowing up the front of the body. At the base of the neck, some of this mixed energy splits off and flows across the shoulders and down the arms, exiting out of the hands into the aura. The front channels continue up to the top of the head where the remaining mixed energy flows out into the aura. This mixed energy flow promotes a more integrated and balanced energy system.

In Lesson 4, you observed the separate flows of Earth and Cosmic energies through distinct channels. In Lesson 5, the focus is on observing the mixed flow of these energies through the front and arm channels and into the aura. This allows for a more nuanced understanding of how these energies interact and affect your overall energy field.

By adopting a stance of observation and non-interference, you allow the energies to move freely and do their work of clearing stagnant and stuck energies. This promotes a deeper sense of surrender and trust in the innate wisdom of your body and energy system.

As you practice, notice if you are trying to force the energies to flow in a certain way or if you are attaching judgments to the sensations you experience. The goal is to simply witness the flow with a sense of curiosity and acceptance, allowing the energies to move naturally.

  • Noticing how your energy feels in different situations and using your breath or visualization to encourage a sense of flow and balance.
  • Incorporating gentle movement or stretching to enhance the flow of energies through your body.

If you encounter resistance or discomfort while observing the energy flow, first check your grounding cord to ensure it’s functioning properly. You may need to change the color of your grounding cord to facilitate the release of stagnant or stuck energy. Sometimes, we unconsciously lose our neutrality to the energies we’re trying to release, which can hinder the process. Changing the color of your grounding cord can help you regain neutrality and allow for a smoother flow. In the next course, Lesson 2 will cover another tool to address this issue.
