In this Boundaries Challenge, we integrate the wisdom and practices from the previous lessons, embarking on a dynamic exploration of our energetic landscape. Through a series of unpredictable audio experiences, we’ll deepen our capacity for presence, releasing the layers of foreign, stagnant, and stuck energies that cloud our perception and hinder our growth. Challenge Guidelines

This Challenge guides you through a 2-step process to deepen your energy awareness and integrate the techniques from Lessons 1-5:

  • Listen: Engage with the audio tracks organized by color spectrum (Blue, Brown, Yellow, Green, Gray, Red). Each spectrum contains all the audio tracks related to that color from Lessons 1-5.
  • Practice: As you listen to each spectrum, practice the corresponding techniques from the previous lessons, noticing how the combined frequencies affect your 4 bodies.
  • Observe: Pay close attention to the subtle nuances of each color spectrum and how it influences your energy flow, emotional state, mental clarity, and spiritual connection.
  • Listen: Engage with the single audio player that contains all the color spectrum tracks from Lessons 1-5 in a randomized order.
  • Practice: As you listen to the unpredictable flow of frequencies, apply the techniques from the previous lessons intuitively, responding to the energetic shifts as they arise.
  • Observe: Maintain a state of presence and neutrality as you navigate the changing frequencies, noticing how your energy awareness and mastery have evolved throughout the course.
