Redefining Your Healthy Boundaries Course

In this second course, we will build on the healthy boundaries you have already established. We will explore even more ways to release unwanted energy and build boundaries that are productive and healthy for you.

The skills developed in this course:

  • Define and strengthen your personal boundaries. Learn how to identify and communicate your needs and limits, and how to say no to requests that are not in your best interest.
  • Release stuck patterns. Identify and let go of old, limiting patterns of thought and behavior that are no longer serving you.
  • Learn and own a new body-focused form of neutrality. Develop a sense of calm and peace in your body, even in the midst of challenging situations.
  • Clear and recreate a sanctuary that is safe for your body. Create a physical and emotional space where you feel safe, supported, and at peace.
  • Develop an awareness of your creative essence and express yourself. Connect with your inner creativity and express yourself in a way that feels authentic and true to you.
