In this second course, we will build on the healthy boundaries you have already established. We will explore even more ways to release unwanted energy and build boundaries that are productive and healthy for you.

Many people experience dissatisfaction and stress due to their inability to set healthy boundaries. They may avoid confronting their problems or feel guilty for asserting their needs. This can lead to a number of negative consequences, such as:

  • Reduced self-esteem: When we don’t set boundaries, we may start to feel like we’re not important or that our needs don’t matter. This can lead to low self-esteem and a feeling of worthlessness.
  • Increased stress: When we don’t set boundaries, we may take on more responsibility than we can handle. This can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and burnout.
  • Poor relationships: When we don’t set boundaries, we may allow others to take advantage of us. This can lead to resentment, anger, and conflict in our relationships.

  • Relax and release: The first step is deciding how you are going to listen to an audio.  Can you sit and close your eyes or is your body too stimulated and you need to listen with your eyes open? You are learning about your body’s needs with this simple question.
  • Build your awareness: With practice, you will notices the various sensations in your body. These sensations are signals that show you where the stimuli is impacting you.
  • Repetition, repetition, repetition: All of the training is focused on two things – helping you relax and release and building your awareness so that you can relax and release. It is that simple. You don’t need to memorize anything.
