Most people find it difficult to learn new things because they make it more complicated than it needs to be. That’s why we created this simple 3-step process. We want to make your journey as easy as possible when building and strengthening your personal boundaries.
There are two types of audios: training and exercise. The training audios teach you different tools to help you release negative stimulus, while the exercise audios help you strengthen your ability to release by providing you with short, focused sessions that are just 5-6 minutes. And if you’re ambitious, you can listen to multiple sessions. It’s up to you. They’re also great for when you’re feeling overwhelmed. Use them to release and re-center yourself.
This step is all about becoming conscious of your stimuli and your boundaries. We identify four boundaries: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. By practicing this step, you’ll gain awareness of these levels and learn more about building healthy boundaries.
