The Problem with Learning

Most people find it difficult to learn new things because they make it more complicated than it needs to be. That’s why we created this simple 3-step process. We want to make your journey as easy as possible when building and strengthening your personal boundaries.

Step 1: Listen to an audio

There are two types of audios: training and exercise. The training audios teach you different tools to help you release negative stimulus, while the exercise audios help you strengthen your ability to release by providing you with short, focused sessions that are just 5-6 minutes. And if you’re ambitious, you can listen to multiple sessions. It’s up to you. They’re also great for when you’re feeling overwhelmed. Use them to release and re-center yourself.

Step 2: Notice what you notice

This step is all about becoming conscious of your stimuli and your boundaries. We identify four boundaries: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. By practicing this step, you’ll gain awareness of these levels and learn more about building healthy boundaries.

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2

This is experiential training. It’s all about repetition and reflection to build and strengthen your boundaries. So don’t skip the repetition step.

The wonderful thing about this technique is that you can do it anywhere. You can listen to the audios with your eyes open, while you’re cleaning your house, or even taking a walk or working out at the gym. All you need is to be able to listen to an audio and focus on yourself.

Here are some additional tips for building healthy boundaries:

  • Be patient. It takes time to learn a new behavior.
  • Be ok with losing your boundaries. It’s not about being perfect.
  • Respect your own boundaries and the boundaries of others.
  • Be assertive, not aggressive.

Building healthy boundaries takes time and effort, but it’s worth it. When you have healthy boundaries, you’ll feel more confident, in control, and respected. You’ll also have more energy and time for the things that are important to you.
